Make a power-packed energizing smoothie by blending moringa with your favorite organic fruits, vegetables, and liquids.

What you need:

  • 1 teaspoon moringa leaf powder
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 /2 cup blueberries
  • 1 orange-peeled
  • 1 cup filtered water or coconut water
  • Optional:
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1/4 avocado – peeled
